Items Not included in your Instant Roof Quote:

• Damaged/Rotten Decking and Fascia Board – We cannot know the condition of the decking or fascia boards until the project is underway.
• Stucco Work – Any required stucco work is discussed during the pre-construction meeting and is based on the specific requirement of your home.
• Paint – While we make sure that all replaced fascia wood is primed, we will only paint if the paint is provided by the client at the start of the project.
• Unknown Conditions – Pool enclosures, gutters, solar panels, and ponding/standing water can pose challenges and will be reviewed during your site inspection.
• Any Upgrades – Any optional upgrades to material that you select.

A:  Rotten trusses, termites, and other issues must be addressed as they arise. Your customer service representative and project manager will contact you and guide you through the possible solutions.
