All of our partners have agreed to provide price matching on metal, shingle, or tile roofing systems.  While each partner has their own policy regarding price matching, all of them require certain conditions in order to match the price of another company.

Our partners require that competing estimates are:

• provided in writing.
• prepared within 14 days of your Instant Roof Quote and include details of all proposed work and materials, including the Florida product approvals.
• inclusive of all permit fees, disposal/waste fees, and other charges/costs.
• presented prior to contract signing and start of scheduled work.
• from an experienced, licensed, and insured roofing company located in our service area.
• inclusive of the same new roofing shingles, tiles, metal, and materials (flashing, underlayment, vents, plumbing stacks, etc.).
• compliant with all state, county, and local building code requirements (i.e., materials, locations, installation methods and materials).
• installed using all methods and requirements set forth by manufacturers.

Should a partner fail to match the price of the same roofing system offered by a different roofing company, Instant Roof Quote will send you a $100.00 gift card upon completion of your new roof by the competing roofer.

To qualify for the gift card, you must provide the signed contract, permit information and all final inspection reports indicating that the roof was completed as specified in the contract with no changes or additional cost to you and that it passed final inspection.  We reserve the right to inspect the final roof.
